The search services provided by the LongIslandMovers.com are free for users and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The acceptance of this agreement acknowledges that LongIslandMovers.com will provide a listing of 15 random moving companies based on the search criteria entered by the user. Users can select companies to request service quotes or users can contact the companies directly via linking to their website or by phone. All false or fraudulent service requests are restrictly prohibited. Users agree that all information provided is true and accurate.

Personal information provided from users to LongIslandMovers.com will be used for the purpose of user quote requests exclusively to our moving company partners. Using the services of LongIslandMovers.com acknowledges that the user accepts that their personal information will be provided to the selected members chosen by the user for quote requests.

b.) Moving Companies

Moving Company Members must meet the following criteria:
1. Must carry the required licensing and permits as per Federal, state and local laws
2. Must have the required insurance policy as per state and local laws
3. Members are required to check and respond to "consumer" leads within 48 hours in a professional manner

Member information is provided to users by LongIslandMovers.com and will be used for the purpose of user quote requests. LongIslandMovers.com does not and cannot confirm that each user is who they claim to be.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided by LongIslandMovers.com on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LongIslandMovers.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. LongIslandMovers.com shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. LongIslandMovers.com disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

As such, LongIslandMovers.com is not involved in the transactions between the users and the moving companies. LongIslandMovers.com is not responsible for the quality of service provided, safety of service, reliability of service, ability of moving companies to provide services or the users ability to purchase services. Disputes between the user and the moving company will be handled by the moving company.

3. Limitation of Liability

LongIslandMovers.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR LongIslandMovers.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LongIslandMovers.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LongIslandMovers.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member or user. LongIslandMovers.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should LongIslandMovers.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that LongIslandMovers.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
