In the process, our TempurPedic mattress was irreversibly damaged. The movers folded it in half, left it in the truck overnight in that position, and transported it about 80 miles the following day, still folded. When we wanted to complain, Eddie, the owner, was not receptive, returning calls only after several were made. He blamed us for the problem--"why didn't you tell me?" How were we to know how to move it? We found out after the fact on the company website, but it would seem to me that a PROFESSIONAL mover would have that knowledge. When we wanted to file a claim, he told us that his insurance company, which he refused to name, would give us only about $60.     Have you done business with Keating Moving & Storage Inc?
